Ages to connect

Hi,

We have just installed 123 Flash Chat and must say we are VERY impressed.

We are having a slight problem though in that we are trying to connect to the server that is set up at a different site and it keeps timing out. I have vreated 2 sessions one HTML chat room (which works perfectly) and another Standard Chat (so we can moderate chat sessions). The HTML one works perfectly where as the other one times out (it works perfectly from a PC in the same office).

Also is it possible within the demo to create users and grant them moderator privileges?
