I need a good installation guide

My cousin but this app with the a/v module. So i started with installing this app and everything went well expect one thing.

I cant seem to find a good guide for installing the a/v module. Im using a windows machine (XP prof.).

-I installed FMS= flash media server and after that im lost.

Can somebody tell me the steps, are can point me to the wright way.

Please step by step (im a newbie)
