Integration with SMF Forum 1.1.8

Hi there,
I'm thinking about turning over from flashchat to 123flashchat. I already found some info about integration with SMF Forums 1.0.x, but I don't find a working solution for the current version 1.1.8 ? Is there any good option to integrate it with the current SMF version?

SMF stores usernames and passwords via MySQL DB. The passwords are SHA1 encrypted. Does 123Flashchat support SHA1 decrypt? I only have a MD5 option in admin panel for MySQL support?
