chatroom controll modul for msn

hello,

i can not install the chatroom controll modul in me system.
the manuel say in step3, i must a msn-account haven, and this data in the menue input.

me problem,
this menue, i have this not in the admin-panel----modul----crcc/msn.
here is the logindata base for the msn account.

me version is the last 7.3

the menue in the rooms, is ok, i have this, when i will add the bot/account becam the system errorcode, while the account under step3 frum install-manuel not found.

i have check this on the demo-site from 123flashchat.com, in this admin-panel under module, have found ccrc/msn.

what is this? is the modul not open?
