Default moodle integration module

I downloaded and installed the trial version of the chat server on our server. It starts and runs great, I can go into the admin panel, do the demo chats, etc.

We want to integrate it into moodle so I next downloaded and installed the moodle module and changed the settings (in the chat admin > system settings > integration panel) and restarted the chat server.

I create a chat room in moodle, and click to connect but nothing happens, I just get the loading screen... The moodle install is on the same server as the chat server. I am using moodle 1.9.5

I do not see any errors in the error log.

some progress:

I am able to get it to work with moodle if I specify the client URL as: http://ourschooldistrict.org:35555

However, when any other moodle user (other than admin) goes to the chat, it says: notice Wrong Password! And the user cannot go into any rooms...

Is there a way to force the moodle user into a specific room and bypass the room selection screen?

additional progress:

The password error is occuring because my moodle users login to moodle via their active directory login... So any of my moodle users who login via their AD account cannot get into a chat. Since this is nearly 3/4 of the people in our moodle, this is a big issue. The flashchat bridge with moodle only seems to works if the moodle user is a manually created moodle user... I really hope there is a way around this as we would love to buy this product.

I also get an error when trying video or whiteboard: "Error opening video. rtmp::21935/123flashchat" Any ideas on what this means?
