Default Help with Red5

I'm trying out flash chat for our district. I installed red5 and the demo version of the latest flash chat server (i'm on linux).

They both work fine independently, but I don't know how to get video working with the chat.

I looked here: 123FlashChat Video Module installation Guide (for Red5)

But the intstructions seems out of date. For example it says to:

"edit <123flashchat installed dir>server/etc/groups/defaut.xml file"

There is no file named default.xml. In addition, it doesn't say what to edit.

Finally there is this:
"2. under /webapps , create a folder , for example , you named it to: 123flashchat
then you will get a Red 5 rtmp targetURI: rtmp://your_red5_server_ip/123flashchat"

What does this mean? Do I simply create a folder?

Nevermind, I got it to work by using this as the rtmp url:

rtmp://AN.IP.ADDRESS/oflaDemo

Video now works great!

Whiteboard also launches, but whenever I draw or anything, the stuff disappears right away. Any ideas?
