install server on linux without ssh

can i install 123flashchat server without using ssh or telnet??!! (Linux Server)

my server doesn't have ssh account ... i don't want to get one if i can install the server in other way...

No, you can't.
If you want to install 123flashchatserver in your own server , you mustbe use the SSH ( for linux system) or Desktop account (for windows system) to log in it, then you can install it.
