a question about ssh???

hi:

My friend has a site and want to try 123flashchat software.
he has ssh account, but when he try remotely control the server using PUTTY, he always get error messages and we think that's because of PORT.

he tried to call the host company, but they never answer!!!!!!!!!!!

my question; Is there any way to find the port from Cpanel????
