Error 123Flashchat on IPB 3.1.2

Hello,

I have uploaded Invision Power Board Chat Module for IPB3 to my server:
<IPB installed directory>/admin/applications_addon/other/123flashchat

I go to: manage Applications & Modules i find under Applications not Installed:



I click on Install, followed by this error:
IP.Board Message
Cannot initiate the set up class

Has anyone a suggestions what's wrong?
