Exclamation about the message history

I cleared the message history and the screen, but when I logged out and logged in with another account, the history and screen messages are still there. How can I clear the history radically? Thank you in advance!

Sorry for reply so late.
Clear screen is only for one account, not for all the users, so other users can see chat history.

How to delete the chat history?
1. Open your file <server.xml>, then find
<public-message exportPath="..\client\message\public" url="message/public" button="On" enable="On"></public-message>
<private-message separateByRoom="Off" exportPath="..\client\message\private" enable="On"></private-message>
</message-logs>
You'll see the path of your chat history, just delete the the path's file.
2. If you don't want to store chat history, change the "On" to "Off" in the above operation. Both are ok!

Default Thankyou

Thank you for your response, but when I relogged in with the same account, I got the history here too.

If I do #1 as you suggested, does that mean my history will not be kept even if I don't clear it? Thanks again.

As I suggested #1, it shows you how to delete your chat history of your room. Follow step 1, you will delete your chat history manually, and they won't come back while new chat history will be stored.
Step 2 shows you unstore your chat history.

Do you mean clear the chat history of screen?
You can just clear your screen, but not others. The clear screen function is only for one account own.
