Default Removing all of the 123flashchat ads

I purchased the ultimate chat and was told there are no ads for 123flashchat, yet, they do show up in many places. How can I get rid of most if not all of them??? This is my site, I pay the bills, I don't want to advertise other peoples products.

One example is the About button which leads users right off my site to yours if they click on it. I don't mind a little info here and there but sending users away from my site to sell them on building their own is silly.

Thanks.

I DO want to remove ANY of your advertising, why should I pay for you to advertise on my resources? Why do I have to pay yet more money to stop you from advertising? That's not right at all. How much more???

Besides, I don't even see that as an option in the Buy pricing list which is what I used when I purchased. I don't believe you should charge extra for this, it should be included or clearly added into the price list.

Please advise.

What specific location did you mean? Please refer to the following settings,

About the auto messages, you can disable it in admin panel - Room settings - <choose one room> - Chat Bot- uncheck "Enable Chat Bot"

About the banner ads at the bottom of your chat room, please disable it in admin panel - Client settings - uncheck "Add Ads Enable Banner Ads"

If you want to remove "About" button, it costs $200 for re-branding, thanks for your understanding.

How do I remove that and why do I have to pay another fee for that? It's not mentioned anywhere in the pricing that there is yet another cost for such a thing.

Dear Lewism,
Sorry that it bothers you that much.
It's the product "about" information, not an ads, and we'd rather treat it as a credit note, we wish you can keep it.
Thank you for understanding!

I don't mind a credit, I just don't like that there is a link in it that takes our users away. That's not fair, how can I remove it? I don't want things that take our users away when we pay good money to buy software. It's not much to ask and is important to us.

You said there is a fee, I don't see that anywhere in the pricing so please tell me how to remove the button or edit it.

Thanks.

Yes, usually we charge $200 for re-branding, but since you've given us many great suggestions, we can remove it for you for free.
Only our supporter can remove the button, so please send your SSH account to support@123flashchat.com, then we can proceed accordingly.

Suggested title: Remove about button - lewism
so we can recognize your ticket.
