Number of people in chatroom?

I have my 123chat hosted by 123chat
I was wondering if there is any way that i can display some live info on my site pages like

how many in the chatroom
who is in the chatrooms now

I would prefer this as a text line rather than a page?
eg. There are currently 15 members in the chatroom

I have been goiven a java script that I can add to any of my site pages to show
total numners logged in
numbers in chatroom
names of members logged in

this was for normal html pages on my site
