Hours ago, I submitted an URGENT ticket, then contacted sales who told me that someone would take care of this shortly. Can someone please look at ticket number UUG-216397.

I have a number of people standing by for a change over and badly need to fix the problem.

I don't understand why it took so long. Doesn't 'urgent' in a ticket mean much? I would not have said 'urgent' unless it was.
