Default Windows Service JVM Error

I just purchased the chat software. I downloaded the Windows version, and the service is causing a JVM error. I haven't customized any files yet. When I start the service, it runs for about 10 seconds, then stops. When I look through event viewer, I have the following error:

The Java Virtual Machine has exited with a code of 1, the service is being stopped.

Then the next event:

The 123 Flash Chat Server 2.1 service has stopped.

This error is only shown when I start the flash chat service. I've upgraded to the latest version of JVM: J2SE JRE. I even tried to load it on a separate Win2K server and got the exact same error.

So I decided to pay for hosting for a year, but I'm not getting any response back on some questions about the configuration for that either. I really want to have this running on my own server. Someone please help. Thanks.

please check fcserver.xml file,
<host value="*">
please check it, you should set host value to "*" or the ip address in your windows network card ip address, you can get the ip from the dos windows by this command:

c:\> ipconfig

if the ip address isn't your windows network card ip address, you can't start the chat server.
