So, either way, the Game option is enabled and the games don't work.
What next after you explain your remote access adventure I've asked you about.

About game settings, please login admin panel -> Room Settings -> a room name -> Edit Basic, click Enable game, then the game button will show in the chat room.

If you still can't enable this function, please send us a ticket to support@123flashchat.com with chat url and admin account, we will do it for you.

Hmm, how many times did I say I've already done that?
I guess I don't have much choice, I'll create the ticket.

In the meantime, I still would like to know what you are talking about having remotely connected to my server as admin.

The solution from support was as follows;

please open <Web Root Directory for www.altfinity.com>/components/com_chat/views/chat/tmpl/default_flash.php and edit as follows:

1. find <param name="menu" value="false"> and then add a new line <param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"> after it.

2.find <embed src="<?php echo $this->chaturl; ?>" quality="high" and then add after allowscriptaccess="always" .Please make sure there are blanks before and after allowscriptaccess="always" .

Thanks.
