Default Anyone else see games stop working?

Games don't play

Why would this happen, what is the cause, this is what I'd like to know so that when this happens, I'm not stuck having to contact support and messing with them for days.

It is the file locates where you embed 123FlashChat code in. If you still do not know what is that, please provide with your chat URL and we will check it for you.

You really should try to read messages a little closer so you don't waste so much time. Now I'll probably have to wait yet another day for a reply...

I asked you what file, give me the name of the file now that you've at least told me it's on the server side and not joomla.

Hi,

I finally find out where your chat room is. I found it is not the cross domain access limit that cauases the issue, you could not use the game function because this function is not open in the chat room.

You can set this in admin panel-> room settings and choose a specific room and you will see the option enable game at the bottom of the "Edit Basic." Check it and your chat room would be able to use game function.

I have now enabled game in your chat room: The Recovery Social, please have a check.

It IS enabled. It was enabled when I created the room.

What is a recovery social? And what do you mean YOU enabled it? How could you do that unless you have a back door into the program since I never gave anyone access or admin password.

Ans: It is not enabled in admin panel. Could you please tell me how you enable it?

Ans: It is very easy, please change your default admin account for your account safety.

Ok, you're starting to freak me out a little.

First, you deleted my last post, then you just told me that I didn't have the admin changed which is the very first thing we do with any software we install.

What the hell is going on and why has no one contacted me about this yet?

It is enabled by checking 'Enable Game' in the room that one wants to allow games in.
You are either looking at someone elses site and responding to the wrong person or you are playing games at my expense.

>You can set this in admin panel-> room settings and choose a specific room and

As I said in a previous message and all along, it ***IS*** enabled, always has been.

>I have now enabled game in your chat room: The Recovery Social, please have
>a check.

You still have not responded to this. What makes you think you changed anything in my setup? I've not given you access and I don't see any changes. I know you can see when people have their servers up so it's easy to find mine but unless you have back door access, why do you think you've made changes on my setup?

Also, if you actually did change the room to enable games, then what is the name of the room that you changed? There was only one room with games enabled and it had it enabled right from the start... since that's all that room offers.

>What is a recovery social? And what do you mean YOU enabled it?

I don't have a default account, I deleted the account that comes with the software, I believe it was called 'admin'. The first thing I did was to create a new admin name and a strong password. If you're telling me that you've access MY site without permission that's one thing, if you're telling me that there is still some default access in there that I need to clean up, I would certainly welcome less cryptic information and more details on that.

For example, I notice a demo mode that seems to always be there. Is there any way to completely and fully disable/remove any demo modes or trial modes?
