You told me someone would contact me but I've not heard from anyone. Our games still do not function. Why they work one day and not the next is a mystery.
Then you told me that someone remotely fixed the problem and you said it was beccause I left the default password enabled. Not a chance, we change default passwords on ANY software we purchase as the number one task. In fact, there is no 'admin' account so how did you gain access to my installation unless there is a back door into the software? I certainly didn't give anyone access. You told me I forgot to enable the 'game' option in the rooms I want games for but that's not correct either. There is only one room which should have games enabled and it was enabled when it was created. I've been waiting for DAYS for replies on that question and now it's the weekend and everyone here (customers) seem to be ok with the fact that you leave us hanging during that time. Yes, I know I can post a ticket but those are almost as useless as posting in the forums. I find it interesting that the excuse most used is 'we have so many customers, it takes time to get to everyone, please be patient'. Just looking at the forums alone doesn't seem to indicate that you have too many customers to take care of. I think you are simply more interested in selling than taking care of your already paid customers. If you are making MONEY on your software, you SHOULD hire more HELP so that ***customers*** who have already paid you aren't left hanging for such long periods of time. I already paid you a TWELVE HUNDRED dollars, don't you think I should come FIRST, like all of your other PAID customers? I don't know that we will continue with this software when the year is up. Your support is simply terrible and you make nothing but excuses for it. You really need to hire more people, especially English speaking/writing help so that you can help customers better.
