I don't think this is a video issue since I also run AVChat and VideoWhisper on red5 on that same server and everything works fine.

So then I noticed the 'Enter the URL of your Flash Media Server' setting which I thought I set correctly but that brought the same video error again.

I had it set to;

rtmp:live.mydomain.com:21935/livechat

When I did that, the server gave me the same error as before. When I put it back to the default of
rtmp::21935/123flashchat
then video started working again.

What should I have this setting set to?

Support replied that everything is working fine. Yet I've already explained that I had to set it back to the default setting else it breaks video.

I'm not sure how to explain this any better than I have so it's still not working right at the moment *IF* I need to change the 'Enter the URL of your Flash Media Server' settings.

I don't see anything about this yet.

The missing // was a typo but thanks to support, it works now.

However, I wish I could get more details when something is fixed so we could learn from these things. Support mentioned that another support person might have read something wrong or that something was 'wrong' with the network.

I can't imagine what could have been wrong with the network since I didn't have to change anything when things started working so what was the problem?

Thanks.
