Default New features?

123 Flash Chat Features Overview--Chat Server Software, PHP Chat, Java Chat Server, Adult Chat Software, Add Chat Room, Flash Video Chat

On the above link, I am reading about features I don't seem to have in our premium package. When, how, does someone get an update or do I already have these things and have simply not noticed yet.

You can refer the functions of premium edition here: Flash Chat Server software and chat hosting, text and video chat software, java server and flash client

The two modules Video/Audio Chat, Upload/Webcam Avatar are not included, you need to pay for them, then you can use.

For Pay Per Minute and Virtual Gifts
In version 9.1, 123 Flash Chat buyers can use these functions, then you can earn together with 123 Flash Chat.

Sorry, I have the Ultimate I should have said.
I just bought this a few months ago and am running 123 Flash Chat V Full Version (v9.0.1-20110510).

I guess you don't have any mailing that tells users when there is an update.
Under the support menu, I see downloads but nothing that says version information. How is anyone supposed to know when they are up to date?

Also, how hard is it to update so that I don't lose not only all of the fixes you've worked with me on but my text edits for cleaner output.
Do I simply download, then install just like the first?
Does an update overwrite everything?

The server is now upgraded and am wondering about a couple of things.

One, the admin continues to say 9.0.
Second, I have a room for example which should only have games and text/audio chat, no video. Yet I see orange icons for Public my video and Gifts.

Is there any way of turning those off so it's not confusing to the user?

About a new version released, we will send email to all users about upgrade information. That is totally true!

About upgrade, you can send us ticket, and we will upgrade for you.

One, the admin continues to say 9.0.
You need to check this issue, and please send us ticket, we need your chat url and admin account to test it.

Second, I have a room for example which should only have games and text/audio chat, no video. Yet I see orange icons for Public my video and Gifts.
You need active audio/video function in admin panel -> Module Settings -> Audio/Video Module to enable this function, then go to admin panel -> Room Settings -> a specific room -> Modules -> Audio/Video, so the room will active audio/video function.

After the upgrade, video is now broken.
When we try to publis video, we get;

Failed to connect to the video server, or wrong video server address, please contact the chat room administrator.

and

Your video connection rejected because the maximum connection limit has been reached.

I'm confused yet again. You already replied to a non emergency ticket but not this one.
It's the same ticket number from before.

I'm not clear what you mean test my video?
If you mean on the server hosting FS, it was working before the upgrade.

Can you please reply to the ticket ASAP. You tend to go away too quickly so when things aren't working, the customer is left hanging for days.

About test your video, that means we need to use one of your admin account to test this video problem and solve it for you.
