Default 9.1.1 bug in Event Chat

There seems to be a bug in 9.1.1 when setting or trying to unset Event Chat.
When trying to remove or clear any Time List, the Save option doesn't show up and therefore cannot be saved.

Is there a way around this? Perhaps from the command line?

This function needs to be tested, please send us ticket with admin account, and our support will deal with it.

For security reasons, all issues which need your account information should be undertaken in tickets.

I guess I was surprised to see a reply on this considering that I have an emergency ticket open that no one has replied to.

My site has been broken for DAYS and each time I reply to a ticket, it takes you hours to send me another reply asking for access I already gave you. You should read the ticket notes to that you already have the access information.

Finally, days later, someone took the time to fix the problem. Of course, they don't bother telling me what the problem was but try to make another $100.00 by telling me they would install red5 for me.

Why? I've already got it coexisting with FC on the same server and there are no issues.

However, now that it's fixed, how do I get rid of the Earn Credits icon you stick into the menu.

About this issue, our support will add a note of your account info to the ticket. If you send another ticket, they won't know the exactly account info, you know that website owner will change account.

To avoid this inconvenience, we recommend you to submit your problem in the same ticket. So we will look up your account info quickly.

To install a dedicated red5, we charge $100, which is an extra service, please understand us.
