Third Party Support

Is there anyone on this site that knows this server very well, has been using it for a long time, will be using it, speaks/writes proper English... that would want to make extra money supporting this product?

I believe someone with great experience with this product could offer some sort of flat rate or yearly support deal to help people like myself.

It might even help TOPCMM by offloading them so they can spend more quality time with those millions of customers.

Is anyone here interested in starting our own self help support site?
I am losing money left and right having to count on Support here.

They barely reply to anything in the forums and don't care if you send Emergency or even Critical support tickets.

Every time I have a problem, support says 'give me access' but that leads to never knowing what the problem was.

I would like to communicate with others where we can help each other and learn more about this server so that we would get quick help from each other.
