Remote 'Earn Credits' option/icon

How do I get rid of the Earn Credits icon that is now in the client menu.
That option sends users AWAY from my site which is not something I want.

My customer is very anxious to get rid of this option without losing the PPM addon.
Will someone be contacting me about this.

I have also updated my urgent ticket without reply.

You can disable earn credits function.

Login admin panel -> Virtual Currency -> Credits Service, you can see a option "Enable Earn Credits Service", please uncheck this option, then earn credits icon is not in the chat room.

I can't believe I didn't see that but worse, that support didn't bother simply telling me last week. We had to make excuses to get past this weekend hoping for an answer and solution.
