retaining settings????

Hello,
A site that I use daily uses 123FlashChat, and all is great except one thing. I don't know how to make it retain all my selected info(ie Avatar, predefined mssgs, Fonts, ect). Every time I open chat all info is gone. I click the box to save avatar but when I close and re-open it is unchecked again. It works for others but not me. The site owner has no idea nor do I. I know it must be some browser setting or something I think. Any help would be great.

I think it is because the flash cache is not stored or the flash cache is cleared when you close and reopen your browser.
