I filled an EMERGENCY ticket two days ago.
You have levels in tickets based on how badly someone needs help. If people are not using that correctly, then you should educate your customers so that those who DO use it as it should be used can be helped. Now I am going on TWO days of being up and down at a very bad time where ads are costing us dearly on google and other services. Users are coming to the site only to find that the chat is DOWN. PLEASE, can someone help us in a timely manner, it IS an EMERGENCY Also, why are so many posts going without replies again? 123flashchat in links Tips for securing FS Replacing startup flashchat logo http://www.123flashchat.com/communit...html#post34084 PS: I am no longer receiving forum notifications. They stopped about two weeks ago. The email is intact, etc. Last edited by lewism; 08-05-2011 at 01:51 PM. |

The scariest part to me right now is that I can't reach anyone and it's Friday which means everyone goes home until Monday.
I can't afford to be left hanging like this until next week, you'll have wasted hundreds of my advertising money. |

This is where my frustration gets activated yet again.
I simply CANNOT get anyone to stick with me long enough to help. Help, anyone!!! The weekend is coming, I need help so I'm not down all weekend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ------------------ As an update, Support finally did contact me. Each time I sent a set of questions, they only replied to the first question and each time I asked again, they said they could not find any other questions in the ticket. The questions were repeatedly asked. It has taken since Friday to get my site fixed, which was simply for me to convert from Derby to Mysql servers but since then, have been asking the same questions trying to finish up the task. TWO DAYS on something that could be done in 1hr if someone would stick with a customer long enough to get things done. Millions of customers? Baloney. The forums don't indicate that. I'm starting to wonder if TOPCMM is not the developer of this software and that it is developed for them. It just takes too long to get anything done and the reply is always 'give us access' instead of providing information so that I can fix my own bloody server and learn about it so I don't have to constantly rely on 'Support'.
