Chatroom not working after moving to a new server

For security reason, you should reset the password by yourself.
Go to TopCMM Software Corp. - Powered By Kayako eSupport, and click Lost Password.

Or I can give you my server information via PM and you can upload the licence to my server. How about that?

I've tried resetting the password that way but I don't get the emails.
