Question Chatroom not working after moving to a new server

I seem to be having some trouble accessing support here, I've submitted tickets but am not getting any response. I'm not sure if there is an issue with my email account attached to my account with 123flashchat. I can't login, I've requested my passwords to be resent, but have had nothing back. I've also tried contacting various people at 123flashchat, again no responses.

I'm supposed to already have a forum account here also but again, I'm not receiving any emails with my password so have had to register a new account (under a different email address). Feel free to PM me to find out the email address I've purchased 123flashchat under.

My problem:

Basically I recently purchased 123FlashChat9.1 had paid to have it installed on my server - that was all fine. I'm now having to change my server to a new upgraded one. My hosts transferred all my files to the new server but the chatroom won't work. My hosts mentioned that since I've gone from a 32 bit to 64bit I should use the 64bit version of the chatroom. They installed that for me (9.2 version now) and the trial version was working but when I got them to upload the licence.dat and fcserver.jar files in the correct folders - it's stopped working.

Can someone please help, I need this fixed ASAP.

Hello,

You need to upgrade your license first.

Please check here 123 Flash Chat Software Support Center--Chat Room Software, PHP Chat, Java Chat, Adult Chat Software, Add Chat Room, Chat Hosting and submit a ticket and the problem that you have.

Thanks for replying greekchat - I've sent another email. Hopefully I'll be able to get a reply this time...

Do you know if there is any charge in upgrading from 9.1 to 9.2? Or do they just send a new updated licence?

I don't know my ticket numbers - I can't login to check. Everytime I've tried to have the password resent to me, I don't get any emails. I've tried with 2 different email accounts, one for my domain and another with a Yahoo email.

I spoke to one of the sales people in your chatroom and they advised me to send an email to Lisa at sales@123flashchat to ask for an updated licence for 9.2. I only brought v9.1 a few months ago so they said I've still got the first years support. I'm waiting on Lisa to reply to my email.

I've PM'd you my site details.

I've not had the reply via email. I can't login here as I don't know the password. I can't have the password emailed to me because I'm not getting the emails...


Could someone please reset the password for my account and PM it to me via the forum?

sorry to hear that, can you give me a new email via PM, then we will send a new license to you via this email. And this email will become your billing email.

I can't send the license via PM, because there is no attachment options in PM.

About your yahoo email, I checked Lisa replied you two days ago. What's the matter?

It's not come through to my Yahoo email either.

Is the licence attached in the customer area here? If yes, can you reset my password and private message me the new password? That way I can just login and download it from there.
