Default No Success at all so far

I have owned this software for a while now and so far, it has done nothing for my site.
No one seems to like it. No one ever uses it, no one is even a little interested in it.
Our AVChat gets much more use and we can't figure out why.

We may try moving it to another site and try something different but so far, not so good.

I am also very surprised that the forums are always empty, very few people post or take part. Any software that was being used by even hundreds of people would be much more busy.

It makes me nervous about the future of the company.

Dear Lewism,

I have checked your website, whose alexa is only 4014924. I think you need to SEO your website to get a better rank.

I find that the chat status is not in your homepage. If you show the chat status at home page, more users will be attracted to the chat room.

Send a ticket to support@123flashchat.com, our support will do it for you.

This forum is a place for unpaid users to discuss about our software.
Buyers can get the support via email.
We solve most of customers' problems via email.

I'm pretty sure ANY new site is low on the ratings. Strangely, that sort of sounds high considering nothing just starting out I believe is somewhere about the 6million area. You asked for success stories but sorry, I'm very sure there are countless people who have bought this and other software who don't see any success. I am simply saying where things are at.

However, we have spent a LOT of money advertising for months and no one cared about the chat. Sorry, that is just fact. At that time, it was being pushed as a chat site, no one cared. We aren't advertising it anymore. We built the site for a customer and it just doesn't take off. Part of the problem is the site itself, but the fact remains that even when it was active at all, people didn't care about the chat, they found it confusing.

If you mean showing the rooms, that doesn't work either unless the site is already very busy. Otherwise, it looks like lots of empty rooms which doesn't make anything look very exciting.

The forums are for all users. Trying to keep them not used is silly because people could be helping each other. You don't even help anyone over the weekend for god sakes. No one has responded to my emergency ticket.

I've seen everyone from spammers to new potential users to owners posting. There simply don't seem to be very many. Instead of trying to make it sound like you have this incredibly huge market share, you should create more of a helpful and vibrant environment where ideas flow, customers can help each other and people get things done without always being frustrated by YOU.

Aside from that, I still think the software is very nice, but I think it is much harder to sell a chat site than anyone thinks it is. I used to own a very large one years ago but for some reason, folks just don't care for this. That doesn't mean it is the software's fault but it still remains a mystery to me.
