After installing the 9.2 server, I find that I am able to get into the admin but I cannot get the joomla component to work.

My web server is /var/www/html (joomla) My fc server is /opt/livechat-92 Support had created a 'flashchat' directory at the root of my web server /var/www/html/flashchat However, do I need to copy the /opt/livechat/client over to /var/www/html/client or something? I keep getting the error; Chat Server http_port or Client location is configured incorrectly I am setting as follows; Chat Server Host: 127.0.0.1 Chat Server Port: 51127 Chat Http Port: 35555 Chat Client Location: MyDomain | Domain Names, Web Hosting, and Free Domain Services (I've tried other variations as well) Last edited by lewism; 09-28-2011 at 03:36 AM. |

For this issue, this is because you did not configure the server address。 Please cope the client of your chat(<123flashchat installation directory>/client) to the root directory of your webserver, then set "Chat Server Host" to the public IP of your server and set "Chat Client Location" to "http://yourwebsite/client". Then i guess you should be able to fix this issue, please try it again. |

Nope, does not work. This seems to be a license error because when I tried going to the admin, I got the following;
>Sorry! Admin Panel is not available in the Free Chat Hosting Edition. 123FlashChat Full >Version starts at $30. Click the link below to have a live Admin Panel Demo for testing. The license I was given was for a domain name, not a host name. That seems to be why? Your licensing is possibly a little too strict and should be by domain, not by host which can change now and then. Guess I have to wait for someone to reply in support now. |

Support has been telling me the same things over and over and over again for over TWO days now. I keep responding with the same thing, telling them that I DID upgrade it, it IS licensed, it DOES work on the admin side, it just doesn't work from Joomla.
Here is an image of the license, it is clearly licensed. It is making us crazy dealing with topcmm. Every time I think things are getting better, you fool me by making sure to show me that no, it's not getting any better. |

This is just not making any sense. We have been asking for help for THREE days now and only get one or two replies per day.
The joomla and FC are now on the same server. The server is NOT called only mydomain.com but is called host.mydomain.com. Is this why perhaps? I have explained over and over and over again that I can log into the admin of FC, it shows/says that it is licensed for 100 users, for mydomain.com. Yet in Joomla, no matter how I set the component, it keeps telling me that it is in demo mode. If I try to access the Admin to FC from joomla, then I see the following message; >Sorry! BEFORE you reply again telling me that this is DEMO, I know that, I got it, but that's not something *I* can do anything about, this is a problem YOU need to fix. You sent me a license for the new domain, I see it as it should be in the admin panel of FC. However, trying to access FC from Joomla is the part that is not working. Please stop telling me this is a DEMO and fix the problem for me. Something is not right and no one seems to know what to do about it. We have been suffering this problem while we need to get this new site up and running. Please, can someone help us?????????? |

THREE FREAKING DAYS NOW!!!!
Every time support replies, they NEVER bother to read the ticket notes and keep repeating that I try the same damn things I said in my last reply that I have already tried. THREE DAYS now that I have not been able to complete my work while you guys just LAUGH at your customer leaving us hanging. It must be SO funny to you to do that to us. What a lot of fun it is to completely and fully frustrate a paying customer. Incredible! Simply incredible. Don't wonder why eventually people will become terribly afraid to buy anything from companies in your area of the world. As more people start to realize how terrible you are at doing business, you will begin to have a very hard time selling your products no matter how good they are. This is simply crazy. |

i think the best way is you send email to me: lisa@topcmm.com, in which tell me your website account: FTP, Admin, test account. All accounts you could give. If you don't trust us, you could monitor when supporter checks problems. Or you could change password after problems are solved.
I know your chat problem hasn't been solved for several days, but if you don't send email to supporter or don't offer accounts either, just post them in forum, i don't think we could solve problems soon.Forum couldn't be used to solve all technicel problems, right? We just could guess your website doesn't connect our chat port:35555. But for reason why not connect, supporter needs to login your website to check. |

Really sorry. It is me delete your two posts. I just thought you have a same one post. So i replied your this post after deleting that two same posts. I don't know you are angry with this. If i know, i never deleted them. And i have told our supporter manager to deal with your ticket(GKT-8666XX) in priority. We do solve problem soon. Please trust me. |
