Default disable offline email
Hi,

what i would like to do is to disable any action when all operators are offline.. just a non clickable image

is this possible?

For 123livehelp, when all the operators are offline, the chat button will appear offline image, the user can send email to operator in the offline box.

hi!

What i want to do is to disable this option. When all operators are offline i would like to show the grey image.. but this image should be just a simple image.. without any action. In my site they will have other ways to contact the support
