Default adding hidden input

Is there any way to pass extra value ad hidden input that can be viewed in the operator panel?

If it is not possible.. is possible to add other input to the form that the client must compile before he enter in the chat?

to understand it, i'll report an example:

I have a php page that will add automatic info in to the default value of user and question.

(my chat is just for logged people)
I would like to pass other values to the operator from my customers (like city of birth, like age etc etc)

Of course i can make a long string in the question input.. but i would like something smarter, like passing those values to the operators without showing anything to the customers

It is possible, but the thing is you need to work on the settings before you proceed on chatting.
