Webcams not working for everyone

Hi all...

I've ran FlashChat v8.0 for over a year now. This week, I upgraded to v9.2.

Since then, some of my users are complaining that the blue webcam in the upper right corner (the one that enables the broadcast of a video feed) is no longer showing up. They see the Information Icon and the wrench for settings but no webcam.

Some other ones see the cam and it works fine.

I tried to see what was the common denominator for all users for whom it doesn't work but I can't put my finger on it. They have different Windows (XP, Vista, 7) and different browsers. They don't have anything in common that I can see. I got some to update their Flash Player and that didn't do it either..

I don't know what else to do.
