Height problem in IE 8

I have installed 123 flash en running the server at localhost and now when i go whith IE8 to the webpage in joomla the height of the screen is not the height who i give iup in settings in joomla component, when i go to the same page whith firefox than all looks fine, please can somone tell me what the problem is, i think its a IE 8 problem, but what can i do...thanks

When i try the server from 123flashchat than looks everithing fine even whith IE 8, now i don't know what is the problem
