Hi all, I have a question which is making me crazy for days...
So, We are trying to change old database structure. Before I join the company, flashchat was installed, integrated with Mysql and published to live... And here comes the problem, in the mysql db, there are only tables for users... and nothing else... i have no idea where the room information coming from... in addition to this, table structure for users are different from the ones in the manuals... Right now, nobody knows about the server side settings... so my question is this: Is it possible to get user and room information from other dbs? and in which config file i can change the settings for room tables and other table structure? I have been checking trial versions docs and config files but there is nothing about how to get room info from db... also, as i have been checking configs for trial too, there is nothing about room information... so normally, how does the server knows that it will read a specific table for rooms? or i am completely missing some points? thank you in advance |
