Hi,
123Flash is great, wonderful scalability so I am trying to implement it on an educational website located in the DMZ of a School Board Intranet. The software starts up quickly inside the board network, but when I try to run it on the outside of the board I get very long startup times (between 1 and 2 minutes!). Tech support has opened all requested ports in the firewall. Any suggestions? |

I think it's because you set the wrong host value in client.xml,
for example, if your swf file is located in http://www.abc.com/efg/123flashchat.swf you can set the host value to "www.abc.com" , don't set it to: "http://www.abc.com" or "127.0.0.1" or any ip in your lan. please check the clinet.xml file, if it's still the problem, please tell me your chat url, I'll check for you. |
