Upgraded to version 3

hi guys just upgraded to version 3 and when im trying to start the server im getting this message

Starting the server ...
Load Server Configure File etc/fcserver.xml Error: null
Server Started failed

but when using the ***key that come with the install it works fine do i need a new key if so could u send it

the 2.0 license file is only for version 2.0, please put the 3.0 license file into version 3.0 package directory, if you didn't get the 3.0 license file, please send your purchase email address to sales@123flashchat.com to request the free upgrade.
