How do I add a button to Flashchat 3.0 that plays a sound all can hear

I have the source files but I cannot figure out how to add a button so that when chatters are chatting, anyone can hit a button and make a sound so that everyone in the chat room can hear it.

Can someone tell me the steps required to do this.
