chat loading issues

Hi I'm using v3 and for most people the chat seems to work fine but I'm getting a good amount of members who can't seem to get the chat loaded. The complaints from the ones who are unable to load the chat all seem to be 1 of 3 different experiences:

1. A white box appears the size of the chat but the chat does not load at all or even display the coffee cup.

2. The chat starts loading but the counters go beyond the 100% up to 300%+ then it just stays there and the chatroom does not go beyond that initial load screen but no errors are displayed, it basically gets stuck.

3. The chat starts loading but the counter for the skin gets stuck at 77% and fails to go any futher.

Do you know what is causing these issues for the minority and how to solve them?

I had a few members with similar problems and most of them were issues with old versions of the Flash Player. Provide them a link to this Macromedia page:

http://www.macromedia.com/software/flashplayer/

ask them to install the latest version. Then have them report back with which version of Flash Player they have installed.

if you have customization, please edit your flash source code:
open load.as
find:

percentMC.text = percent + "%";

before this row, please insert:

if (percent > 100)
percent = 100;

Thanx for the bug fix. I'll try that and see if I get anymore complaints.
