loading skin issue - hangs at 3%

Hi, i'm using v3 and most of the loading skin issues were fixed with the last bug fix but I'm
having another one.

I'm getting the occassional report from members that they are not able to load the chat and that the skin is failing to load past 3%. Here's a note from one of my members and i've received similar ones: "everything loads except for the skins right now its staying or hung on 3% I didn't know if there was something you could do or if thers something I need to do. Eevrything else loads to a full 100% and I have already downloaded and installed the new versin of Flash."

Any suggestions/bug fixes?

If some of your members can't load skin, there may have 2 possibilities:

1) since you purchase 123flashchat since version 1.3, many members of you must be old user of 123flashchat.
they maybe haven't cleared cache before they access the chat page,
the skin files and skin.xml in their cache may be the old one,
so it stock at 3%.
please ask them to clear cache and refresh browser again to see if it fixed.

2)another reason:
when member visit chat page, he may lose internet connection suddenly,
then the chat will stop loading.
please ask them to refresh chat to see if it fixed then.

Your suggestion worked. It was a cache issue from them using the previous version.
