Here's a suggestion. It would be nice to have a moderator access level that does not have all the privileges of the admin. For example, I would like to be able to make some of the chat members moderators giving them the power to kick out other members that is misbehaving. But currently making them admin would give them the power to not just kick out members but to also enter the admin area and delete rooms etc... and thats just too much power to give to a moderator.

well, "room owner" in current version equals to the "moderator" you mentioned.
they can kick and ban, but they are not as powerful as the admin.
