Lag connecting to opening page

My company would like to buy this, we downloaded the demo and installed it (W2K) - it is great, but we are having trouble accessing... very slow. When we log in (You can access at http://www.advantageworklife.com/client/chat.html we get the page that loads all of the items, then we get a message that says "Connect The Server" - this is where it hangs - it takes about 2 to 5 minutes to finally access the list of rooms. Any suggestions? Thanks

I checked your client.xml
and found the problem is the host value is wrong,
it should be "www.advantageworklife.com" instead of "10.0.1.14".
please edit it and try again to see if it's fixed yet.

Has anyone ever figured out what the solution is to Laural's issue? I'm having the same problem. It hangs at "Connect the server" on my PC. But, everyone else in my office (10 people) it does not hang and logs right in.
