A few questions for pre purchase

We are looking at purchasing the product. In testing we ran into a few issues I was hoping to get some help with.

The image upload fails with a security error. Is this a configuration problem or a license issue?

The upload of an avatar acts like it will upload but hangs on the progress bar after selection of the file. Is this a configuration problem or a license issue?

Video and audio seem to work for admin but noone else. Is this a configuration problem or a license issue?

If the website hosting is done on a separate from the hosting of the chat server; should the client code be with the web site or the chat server?

At first, please comfirm that you're using default setting.
Then please ensure that http server port 35555 is opened(which could be set in fcserver.xml), and plese ensure that <chat installed directory>/client/ is writeable.
if you have changed settings, you could paste the file content of fcserver.xml and server.xml so that we could help you further.

This is a configuration problem, please check the settings in admin panel -> Module Settings -> Upload/Webcam Avatar Module.

This is impossible that video/audio is only available to admin. All users can use the video/audio module (guests can be set to use this function).

Do you mean you have a dedicated server of your website? If yes, you can buy our chat license, which can be integrated to your website and you have the ownership of the chat. Or you can buy our hosting service, we will host the chat for you.

We are trying to get the image and avatar to work, but it is still failing. We have done a new install and checked that the client directory gives write access. Locally images can be uploaded but noone can view them. Others cannot upload anything. We have also looked in the server error.log but found nothing there.

I am attaching the client.xml file and the fcserver.xml file as you suggested.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
