Default Need help (Not happy) Ticket ID QII-755326
For the past 2 days now I've been told my ticket would be bumped. Now I'm upset because of the issues we are experiencing and the team hasn't even acknowledged or even attempted to reply to ticket has made me very upset I'm really ticked off right now and I'm not one happy customer.

Especially when the team keeps saying they will bump my requests and nothing is getting resolved if not resolved not getting anything answered. Very upsetting.
