We should keep these threads to one thread rather than scattered. Anyway to start us off:-

How about like on shoutcast.com where the server registers it's statistics/topic on a central 123flashchat site where people can find subject/number of users and then goto that site to chat. This will improve awareness of webmasters sites as well as 123flashchat.

It's an interesting idea to integrate all customer chat sites together.
but it has some difficulties to realize it,
because most of our customers prefer to keep their chatrooms member-only.
We'd love to carry out this project but it needs more preparation and feedback collecting.

I disagree. Every suggestion that is unique should have a separate thread. Having all suggestions in one thread would be very confusing.
