A/V Module, muting people who have Audio, but no Video

So, I ran into this issue where users can't mute people who have A/V published but no webcam. When you don't have the webcam dialog, there's no way to mute people's audio stream? Or am I missing something. Please assist.

Do you mean that you can't mute a user who published audio?
Admin can mute anyone in the chat room, left-click a username and click mute button.

well, like if a user publish a/v, but they don't have video. other user can't mute the audio.

Users can mute/ban the users who publish videos(expect admin).
There is no way to ban or mute the broadcaster's video/audio, only they can do is to turn off the audio or video.
Move the mouse to the video window, you will see the menu, click to turn off the video or audio.

I understand that, the problem is that unless they have video published, you don't get the black window where you can mute the mic?

Do you mean when you move a mouse to a video window, there is no such menu??

well, there is no video window when they are just talking. but no video.

like example:
i have a mic, i don't have a cam. so no video window. how can mute?

There is a user interaction button on the mouse-over panel, click it and more options will display in the down-list. As you are the admin, you can ban, ignore, mute and kick this user, etc.

well, i know what you are saying. but my point is that there is no box like this if they do not have a cam in the first place. so how do you get this box?

if someone, have no cam, but have audio. you do not get this black box.

Click the top Start Broadcasting button to publish the video, if the broadcaster doesn't have cam, the video window will appear black.
