skin doesn't load completely

Hi I'm getting a lot of complaints about the chat partially loading and then
gets stuck while loading the skin usually at 5-6% of the skin before it just
stops. I was told before that this problem could be solved simply by
clearing the cache but with the new version 4 clearing the cache does not
seem to solve the problem each time perhaps the browsers are not fully
clearing the cache. I myself had the same problem when using netscape 7.2. I cleared the cache numerous times and refreshed but the chat would still not load
the skin completely. The problem eventually went away but it was a huge hassle. There needs to be a better solution to this problem
or a way to avoid it from happening because it seems to be occuring a lot
especially right after moving to the new version.
Is there a way to stop this from happening?

Did you changed the skin.xml file or missing some files under your skin directory ?

about the loading speed, we optimized it and created an new swf file, you can right click the below url and click "save as" to download this file, replace your old one, to try again.

I'm using a customized skin that was created by you guys, I have not modified the skin personall. The problem does not occur with all members but only with some but it's an amount that is significant enough to be concerned about it. If my chat members are the only ones experiencing this problem could it be that there's a problem with my skins?
