need help asap.

This is an odd sitiuation were having with the chat software. This doesnt happen to all users...just a selected few. For a few weeks chatters have been mentioning on how they are not able to use there cam because the cam button they would click to turn it on was gone..dissappeared. At first i thought it was a user error...well until it happened to me. Whats happening is when i log into the room i do not see my cam above the user list. When i go to click the exit button it flashes and does nothing not allowing me to exit the room. Also when i click the turn sound off button it dissappears. I've tried to restart and it did nothing...same problem. So i decided to go to the tech support room in 123flash chat and everything works fine. Im wondering if this is a bug or a script issue...but then i thought why doesnt everyone have this problem. So right now im a little stumped. I brought Admin fred into my chat and he wasnt able to determine any issues and had no problem with it. Can someone please tell me what is going on? ???

Thanks for inquiry.
I think it's bks the cache,the cache in firefox cannot be released.
So i rename the file and make the swf file to refresh itself.
