Language Configuration

I'm trying to setup 123flashchat on a Windows 2003 Server using the trial software but I keep getting the same error :Error to load language configuration file. I put init_lang =en in index.html and I still get the problem. .

Change Language

The language setting is controlled by an xml file, if in 123 Live Help 1.x, that's "client.xml", if in 123 Live Help 2.x, that's "config.xml". Take "config.xml" for example,

edit <123LiveHelp installed DIR>/html/config.xml, find: <language value="*" />,change the value to your country's short name *. For example: <language value = "en" />

Now you gotta a local interface of 123livehelp.
