Default using chat room

hi,
i want to be able to use the following scenario:

On my website
User A invites User B for a chat
User B accepts the invitation and this acceptance opens a private chat room with the two people already logged in, and they get on with their chat.
Note that they are validated by the website software before opening the chat.
I can pass 123FlashChat the nicknames, and even the passwords but the passwords are preumably not known to 123FlashChat unless it is able to access the online database (in this case MS SQL) to validate them again.
