Default Banning I.P
How do you ban somebodys ip so they can never come back, as some people can refresh their webpage and it will alow them back in to the chat 10 seconds after banning their ip.

I banned people by IP and they can't get back in any of the rooms at all. I dunno what version of 123FlashChat you're using.
