problem with lang

i have problem when i try to integrate flashchat prog with xmb

the arabic users appears in menu as wrong characters

right username : البلطي

but it 's appears : ���





what can i do please to fix this issue ?

I am afraid you are using Flashchat from Flashcoms.So we couldn't give support to you for this issue.

Flashcoms and Topcmm are both software companies that comitted to communication softwares.
